To OVWG members,
Elections will be held at the 15 April membership meeting for the two positions of President and Vice President of Programming. At the same time, voting will take to place on proposed By-Law changes approved by the Board.
The ballots can be downloaded from the OVWG website at 2023 April Ballot, printed and filled out, and mailed to me, at my home address given at the bottom of the ballot. Ballots received in the mail by Friday 14 April will brought to the Saturday meeting unopened and submitted. Instead of mailing it, the completed ballot can be brought to the 15 April membership meeting and submitted. Ballots will also be available at the meeting for members to fill out and submit.
