Like last year, OVWG election procedures are being adjusted to fit atypical circumstances. Because Easter is the day after our normal 3rd Saturday membership meeting date, the April membership meeting has been moved to the 2nd Saturday, 9 April, and will be entirely remote using Zoom.
To keep the election the third Saturday in April, it will be performed using the OVWG website. Instructions will be provided once the ballot is completed.
The offices up for election this year are Vice-President of Facilities and Equipment, Treasurer, and Secretary.
The recommendations of the Nominating Committee are the current officers:

Secretary: Don Stephan
Anyone who has been a member for at least two years and is willing to serve can nominate themself for one of these offices. Those wishing to self-nominate should communicate their desire using email to Jerry Warner, Chair of the Nominating Committee, by 30 March so that all members can be informed and the ballot prepared. Jerry’s email address can be found after logging onto the OVWG website, and clicking Membership Directory under the MEMBERS tab on the home page.
