Hey.........do you remember how much fun those "Jam Sessions" were?
Keith Bundy and Ron Hanssen will be hosting a live Jam Session via Zoom on February 6th 2021 from 10 am till noon.
The subject will be covering that age old question "How do I sharpen?". They plan on covering jigs as well as the free hand 40/40 grind. Discussions will include the Oneway, the Ellsworth jig, the Kodiak, and the Michelson Vector.
If you are one of the many people who joined the OVWG during our current close down, this is a great opportunity to start learning from some of our knowledgeable turners. If you are a more experienced turner, join in this Jam Session to share your knowledge.
I know it's been a while since we have been able to have a Jam Session, but the whole purpose of those times was to share information and ask questions. For those that came to those Jam Sessions because of the food.............well you can still have the food, you just have to bring your own and there will be no sharing!
How do you join into the fun? Simple. The day before the session I will send out a link. If you don't currently have zoom on your system, down load it. When I put it on my system, it pretty much did the work itself and it was free. If you have questions about how to do this, we have a great Web Master, Gene Pitstick, who can help you.

On another subject, if you have changed your email address, please make sure you keep your Profile page on the OVWG site current. If you need help with this, contact Gene Pitstick. If you know of someone who is saying they are not getting information, ask them if they have updated their email address with the OVWG.
